Trading from our website

We may contact you regarding your order, but once your order has been fulfilled we will only contact you again in the future if we have your consent to do so. If you provide this consent, you will always be given the chance to withdraw it in the future.

All payments by credit card over the internet are processed through a secure server by Paypal. We do not handle your credit card information, or hold any customer credit card details on any of our servers or on premises that are owned or occupied by us. Paypal’s privacy policy can be accessed on their website.  

Whilst we take every precaution to protect the information you supply, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we make no warranty as to the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

We have no desire to infringe your privacy while using our site and we will never provide your personal information to anyone else. Companies perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, etc. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

The Secretariat will release personal information where it believes such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of the Secretariat or users, or others.
